About us

The website is operated by Trends n Trails, Old Bus Stand, Kasaragod, Kerala 671121, India. We sell footwear, bags and accessories to customers in India.

Using the website

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order.
• Please give accurate contact and delivery details. We use them only as described in our privacy policy.
• Don’t misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown or confirmed before you pay.
• We try to show colours, sizes and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences in shade or texture are normal.
• If a price or description is clearly wrong, we’ll tell you before dispatch, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp or email and dispatch it.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we can’t deliver to the address. You are refunded in full for anything you’ve paid.

Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay, using UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and supported wallets. We never see or store your full card details.
• You can also pay by UPI or bank transfer to the account details we share on WhatsApp after confirming your order.
• An order is processed once payment is received in full. We don’t offer cash on delivery at the moment.
• If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it isn’t.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping & delivery policy, and cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds by our cancellation & refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, photographs and logo belong to Trends n Trails or are used with permission. Product names and descriptions on the website describe style and colour only.

Liability

We’re responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll always try to resolve concerns directly first: please contact our grievance officer below. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kasaragod, Kerala.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
