What we collect

• Order details: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, delivery address, city, state, PIN code, landmark and any order notes.
• Purchase details: the products, options, quantities and amounts you order.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as device type) so the website works properly.

Payments

Online payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the payment status, amount and a transaction reference. Razorpay’s own privacy policy also applies to the payment.

How we use your information

• To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds.
• To contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email about your order.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.
• To send new-arrival updates, only if you ask to join our WhatsApp list. You can leave at any time.

Who we share it with

• Courier partners, to deliver your order (name, phone and address only).
• Razorpay, to process online payments and refunds.
• Our technology providers, which store data securely on our behalf: Google Firebase (database) and Vercel (website hosting).
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your bag between visits, and essential cookies to keep the admin area secure. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal and tax requirements (typically up to 8 years), and delete or anonymise them after that.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with access limited to the Trends n Trails team. No method of storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for updates, by contacting us at hello@trendsntrails.in or on WhatsApp at +91 90740 82794. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The website isn’t intended for children under 18 to buy without a parent or guardian’s consent.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
