Shipping & delivery policy

Where we deliver

We ship to addresses across India through trusted courier partners. We don’t ship internationally at the moment. Customers near Kasaragod and Uppala can also collect from our stores: just mention it in your order notes.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed and payment is received. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

• Within Kerala: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 4–8 working days after dispatch.
• Remote areas, the North-East and island territories may take a little longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, courier delays or festival periods can occasionally add a few days. We’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Shipping charges

• Shipping charges depend on your location and parcel size, and are shown or confirmed before you pay.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999.
• We don’t offer cash on delivery at the moment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow it.

Delivery issues

• Please check your address and phone number carefully. We can’t be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
• If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we’ll contact you to re-ship. Re-delivery may carry an extra shipping charge.
• If a parcel arrives open or damaged, please note it with the courier and send us photos within 48 hours. See our cancellation & refund policy.
